Can I cancel or change my order?

Once your purchase has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel your order. If there was an error when ordering please call us on 1800 825 867 or email us at apollorvparts@apollocamper.com.  

How can I pay for my order online?

ApolloRVparts.com accepts payments within Australia only through: Visa, Master Card, AMEX, Shop Pay, Apple Pay & Google Pay.

Do you offer gift cards?

We don't currently offer gift cards.

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs vary depending on size and weight of products and delivery location. Usually the larger the product, the more expensive the delivery will be.  

What happens if I'm not home to receive an order?

It is recommended to use a location which will be attended during business hours to minimize any redelivery delays and/or fees.

When will I receive my order?

Depending on delivery location your purchase will be delivered within 3-10 days after the dispatch date.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship within Australia.
